These Terms govern your access to and use of CIASA, a demand-first property concierge platform that connects serious buyers with agents and service partners. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
CIASA is operated by CIASA (“CIASA”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@ciasa.ai.
2. The service
Buyers build a private profile describing what they are looking for. Agents see an anonymised summary of that demand and may pitch matching properties. CIASA is not a party to any property transaction and does not act as an estate agent, broker, lender, or legal adviser. Listings and pitches are provided by third-party agents and are not verified or endorsed by CIASA unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Agent, partner, and referral accounts are subject to approval and may be suspended for misuse.
4. Buyer privacy
Your identity and contact details are never shown to agents. Agents only ever see an anonymised demand summary and scoring signals. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
5. Fees, credits & payments
CIASA is free for buyers. Agents and partners may purchase credits or subscriptions to pitch and operate on the platform. Pricing, credit values, and commission terms are presented before purchase and may change with notice. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to de-anonymise buyers, scrape data, or circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform to avoid agreed commissions.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, CIASA is not liable for the conduct of agents, partners, or buyers, or for the outcome of any property transaction introduced through the platform.
