This policy explains what personal data CIASA collects, why, and your rights over it. CIASA is the data controller for the data you provide. Contact us at hello@ciasa.ai.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone); your buyer profile and search criteria (locations, budget band, property preferences, lifestyle inputs); and, where you provide them, sensitive preferences such as nationality and financing readiness. Agents and partners provide professional and business details.
2. Why we use it (lawful basis)
We process your data to provide the concierge service — matching your demand to agents and properties — on the basis of your consent and the performance of our service to you. We process limited data on the basis of legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement). Marketing communications are sent only where you have opted in.
3. What agents can see
Agents never see your name, contact details, exact address, or financial specifics. They see an anonymised demand summary and four scoring signals only. Your identity is revealed to an agent only with your explicit action.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, messaging, payments) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to certain processing. Manage consent in your account settings, or contact hello@ciasa.ai. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified. This is a draft and will be finalised before public launch.
